An individual, having access via the Internet to the website located at: https://red-soft.com/ («Website«) and using the Website for his/her own purposes («User«), who completes the web form available on a Website page and, through the Website’s interface solutions, expresses consent to the provision of personal data specified in the web form («Personal Data«),

(«The Operator«, «The Company«) his/her consent to the processing of Personal Data («Consent») under the following terms:

  1. List of Personal Data the User consents to the Operator processing:
  • last name, first name;
  • phone number;
  • email address.

Depending on the web form completed by the User, the fields of such a form may require the provision of the specified Personal Data in various combinations. The Operator does not verify the accuracy of the Personal Data provided by the User. Via the functionality of the Website, the Operator receives the Personal Data directly provided by the User.
